This aircraft was flown by tycoon, adventurer, sailor and aviator Steve Fossett,
who was the first person to fly solo around the world in a balloon. He disappeared on a flight over the Nevada desert on 03/09/2007 but the crash site was not discovered until 01/10/2008. Human bones were found at the site and DNA tests matched those to Fossett who was then declared dead.
